Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sprague's Maple Farms. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We will process your order as soon as possible, typically within the next business day.  Order processing time may vary based on item availability.

UPS Ground Shipping

Orders are shipped vis UPS Ground rates.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are based on the size and weight of the order purchased.  UPS Ground rates will be applied and based on size, weight, and destination (zip code) of the order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

There is no charge for Gift Certificate orders that ship vis United States Postal Service.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipments to PO Boxes are not compatible with UPS Ground shipping.

Sprague's Maple Farms ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sprague's Maple Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sprague's Maple Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
